Meg Barnard

Meg joined Mighty because she likes the thought of maybe one day changing her name to Mighty Meg. She also likes M&M’s so it's been a match made in acronym heaven.

Meg has worked in production for over 17 years and knows the importance of working with talented, gregarious, and well, mighty people.

She has produced documentaries for the likes of Netflix, National Geographic and the BBC, having tried her hand at pretty much most things in production: casting, producing, directing. She has worked with celebrities, police, kids and even a rabbit called Shadow. You name it, she's done it (although some projects she would rather discuss over a pint!)

Storytelling is at the beating heart of what Meg does and this is probably because she grew up in a smorgasbord of cultures – from a childhood spent in Zululand, to the northern farmlands of England, before realizing she needed more than cows listening to her stories, landing herself a job in TV in London and then, finally, Seattle called and she came running!

When she isn’t working, she’s watching true crime docs, trying to build up the courage to go down a diamond ski run/being mad at her husband for getting her on a scary run, or deciding on the next hair cut for her poodle dog Hector.
